. Hello! Lapalingo Casino has wronged me out of €5,000 by refusing to pay out winnings I earned playing live roulette! I am earnestly asking Casino Guru for help; I have all the proof and screenshots! Lapalingo Casino claims that two gaming accounts—mine and my husband's—cannot exist on the same IP address; however, we are two completely different people, not the same person! They had already verified all my documents when I requested the withdrawal, yet they cancelled the amount and returned the deposited funds to my gaming account (which is strange, considering they claim I shouldn't be able to play because a third person registered from this IP address—we are a man and a woman, so I don't understand!). In all their email replies, they claimed I obtained the money through fraud—I don't know how, given that I was playing live roulette! After some time, they closed my account, claiming that lapalingo.de and lapalingo.com are not the same thing—haha! I would really appreciate your help. Thank you

Lapalingo is a relatively functional site, although on the heavy side with various tricks with HTML code. When cheating happens in the game, they resolve the matter in favor of the game company without the player's position, so here too it doesn't matter if you complain.

The site did not count Finnish players logging in from time to time. This has been going on for months and so far there has been no comment on the matter in any way. Due to my complaint. It is an MGA casino, so there is no need to tell MGA anything. They have not intervened in a single matter in five years.
