Hyper Casino Review

The player from Georgia claimed that Hyper Casino had confiscated his winnings of 500 Euros without providing evidence of his supposed terms and conditions breach. The player insisted on seeing evidence of his alleged infringement or getting his money back. The player's account had been verified and winnings were accumulated without any bonus. The casino had not indicated which rules were violated. The player had forwarded all relevant communication with the casino to us. However, we found that the issue was related to sports betting, which was outside our jurisdiction. Therefore, while we could contact the casino for more information, we were unable to mediate this complaint.

The player from New Zealand, despite having a daily deposit limit, was able to deposit funds beyond the limit. Furthermore, after winning $2000, the player was unable to withdraw due to declined attempts, including bank transfers. We closed the complaint because the player didn't reply to our messages and questions.

The player 'JCOOGAN77' tried to withdraw his winnings of £40. He was asked to provide documents before proceeding and he sent everything until they asked for his old cards used for deposits. The player said he no longer had access to those cards so he sent photos of the front side of the cards that I had saved on his phone, clearly showing the same bank account number and his full name on each one, but it was rejected. They then asked him to send in statements showing all payments made to Hyper casino, so he sent a PDF of the last deposits done via those 2 older cards and which, again, showed the same bank account number he always had, but this was rejected too. The player felt he had provided enough documents for the KYC procedure and was not ready to send more. There was no reaction to this complaint.

The player played in the casino and lost about €3900. He then asked for a bonus and received €100 in bonus money. He fulfilled the wagering requirements and won € 7955, but he was then informed that he had broken the maximum bet rule. His winnings were cancelled. We rejected the complaint because the player did brake the maximum bet rule.

The player from South Africa deposited several thousands of rands and attempted a withdrawal. He submitted all required documents for verification, including a selfie, ID and utility bill. Despite this, the support team says his ID isn't valid. After multiple attempts, they've requested a different form of identification. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
