Terrible Experience.. One of the worst. The site clearly says "Canada" is one of the welcomed countries but after depositing I was told their page was outdated and refused the bonus. After 30 minutes of wasted time arguing and recording the chatlogs, they finally cracked and released the bonus to me because they didn't want me to withdraw.
