They eventually paid out the balance that was left on his account when it was closed, but the player is still missing the £288 he should have gotten from the spin. No response is available for now.

The player, Johnshit, played with a bonus of NOK2,000 and according to the offer, he won the maximum winning he could receive from it, which was 10x the received bonus. He won a total of NOK16,000 but received only NOK6,000 from it to his account balance. After he contacted the casino, they told him that there was a term with that bonus that set the maximum winning to 6x the deposit instead. The player said that this wasn't stated anywhere in the offer itself or the bonus' terms and conditions of the casino. The casino never responded to the complaint and it remains unresolved.
