So my friend from another country recommended this site, saying it was great. I tried accessing it, but first I asked customer support if my country was allowed. They said my country was welcome, haha. I still read through their terms, and my country wasn’t listed as restricted, so I went ahead and tried to create an account. But when I tried logging in, it wouldn’t work, it just kept loading. I contacted customer support again, and suddenly they said I wasn’t welcome. They even gave me a link to read. When I checked it, it said my country was only restricted for poker, not for account creation. So I confronted them, and they said they’d escalate the issue. A few days later, they suddenly told me I wasn’t allowed to create an account after all. Their customer support is just really confusing.

It was my number one casino, until I started making big winnings and coming out on top, and then my account was blocked overnight with no explanation or reason.
They just told me that they had decided to close my account and that the decision was irreversible. When I tried to find out the reasons, the support operators told me that the house has the right to do so and it was not possible to unblock my account.
The only explanation I could think of was that I had made a lot of money, and I was at an advantage because I hadn't done anything irregular to be blocked, but it seems I'll never know the reasons.

I had no problems at all when using this casino. Fast withdrawals, pretty big payouts. Verification process is quick and without any issues. Big variety of games. Decent client's support. Maybe the design is the only casino's drawback

Jetzt schrieb ich erneut eine Mail mit meinen Dokumenten an racebets und erhielt von Bettson eine E-Mail das meine Mailadresse unbekannt ist und nicht bearbeitet werden kann.
