They will look at your account for no just reason even if there's money sitting in the account it will give you an error code LL01 and then no one will explain to you what the hell is going on and they will suspend you for good for no good or justified reason at all ridiculous!!!

My experience with Bet365 has been disappointing. While the platform looks professional at first glance, I encountered multiple technical issues — including login bugs, crashes during live betting, and odds changing mid-bet.

Customer support was unhelpful and slow to respond, often giving generic answers without actually resolving anything. On top of that, the overall handling of account issues felt careless and borderline unprofessional.

For a company of this size, I expected a much higher standard of service and reliability. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Bet365 based on my experience.

There are many good slots and they generally work fine, however, there may be problems getting a proper connection to their server even if you have good internet. Other than a few minimal things, the experience at bet365 is otherwise very good, it is very good design and it is visually nice to look at, the color scheme works very well.
