The player from India has been accused of opening duplicate accounts. Admittedly, they have registered two different accounts. Casino has provided evidence.

My 24betting account has been blocked for the reason of having 2 accounts . I have created with old mail id and phone number . Unfortunately i have forgotten pass word of my old mail id so created current mail id with phone number that's is the reason my account has been blocked . But i am not using 2 logins . By mistake created 2 logins with 24betting but using only one login till now there is no option to delet the unwantedly created account also.
Please casino guru help me to get my winnings back its huge amount .
I have lost hell lot of money in other casinos . But won the money in 24 betting but account has been locked please . Please solve my issue

Thank you for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked carefully the T&Cs and this is what I found https://www.24bettle.com/en/terms:
"Multiple Accounts
Each Player is allowed to open only one Account per person, family, household, IP address and email address. Use of more than one Account per physical Player is known as "multi-accounting" and as such is strictly forbidden.
In the event that We suspect that a Player is opening multiple accounts by using the same or similar names, address, telephones, email addresses, same or similar dynamic IP addresses, computer or other devices, with the intent of defrauding or cheating, We reserve the right to close an Account or Accounts at any time and to cancel all the transactions, bets, waive winnings and deduct bonuses from all relevant Accounts."
Please understand, that it is strictly forbidden, in the majority of the casinos, to have more than one account. As you admitted, you have opened more than one account from the same IP address. This has been recognized by the casino as breaching T&Cs and your account blocked.
We always recommend reactivating the old account instead of creating a new one to avoid any misunderstanding. Could you please advise if you have activated any bonuses in your accounts?

"1.5 Customers may open only one account. Should we identify any customer with more than one account we reserve the right to treat any such accounts as one joint account."
"3.3 All customer offers are limited to one per person. If 24betting has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any bet funded by the bonus or offer and remove any winnings from such bet."

Unfortunately this customer is not telling you the full truth.
Yes, he had another duplicate account, which was similar to his name, which he never used. His explanation for this account in the thread above is fine.
But this isn’t the end of the story.
We have discovered that he also has 2 other duplicate accounts that are completely unrelated to his name that have both been used intensively until just one day ago.
These two duplicate accounts are linked by exactly the same IP address as his main account.
We can send you screenshots directly to your email if you wish?

For 1 of the duplicate accounts you have a satisfactory explanation, and this account was not even used.
The other 2 are classic duplicate accounts.
