Very disappointing experience with Zizobet – £760 winnings removed
I won £760 after claiming a free-spins promotion on Zizobet. The account I used had already been verified, and I had previously received confirmation from Zizobet regarding the status of my accounts.
Despite this, after I won and attempted to withdraw, Zizobet removed the entire £760 balance, claiming that I had duplicate accounts.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I have evidence showing Zizobet was already aware of the previous account before I claimed the promotion. I raised a formal complaint and provided the evidence, but Zizobet refused to reconsider their decision.
I also took the matter to Casino Guru and spent weeks providing information and answering questions. Unfortunately, they ultimately rejected the complaint, despite my concerns about the timeline and the evidence I provided.
I am now considering further ADR/regulatory options to try to resolve the matter.
I’m not writing this review because I lost a bet — I’m writing it because I believe I won £760 legitimately from an offer that Zizobet allowed me to claim, and the money was subsequently removed after I won.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using Zizobet to carefully check their terms regarding duplicate accounts and promotions. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
