Return my winnings.
I am very sad that yoyocasino.com is treating its players so poorly and not giving me my winnings. For about 3 months, I have not been able to log into my account. Every time I try to log in, an error pops up. I have written to the support email dozens of times but have not received a single response.
In the live chat, they constantly promise that they will contact me via email, saying that I need to complete verification, but they have never sent any requirements for this verification. This is just mockery. How can you treat your customers like this?
Every time I write to support, I get the same response: "We will contact you by email soon." At some point, I thought that maybe they had the wrong email address. I clarified through the live chat, but they referred to player confidentiality and explained nothing. In general, everything is as usual: no explanations and some empty responses.
I cannot log into my account, I cannot withdraw my winnings, and the casino is not helping to resolve this situation. It feels like they just don't care about their customers. You can simply send the requirements needed for verification instead of giving those "promising" responses.
This is disrespect and complete disregard for the problems of their players. I am so tired of this. Return my winnings and stop this madness!

I doubt I'll ever get any money out of here. The withdrawal could not be made because the email address was not confirmed even though the profile says that the entire account is confirmed. When I finally got the aspa to confirm the address and I was able to request a repatriation, the repatriation does not start to be processed. Yoyocasino advertises fast withdrawals, but according to aspa, they don't even try to process the withdrawal until 24 hours have passed since the request. After this, they try to process the withdrawal within 3 days, but not on weekends.

As a verified customer, I won a big profit of just over 600,000. Made withdrawals of a total of 200,000 over two days. Then the withdrawals were denied. Weeks later, I was verified again, but the withdrawal of the remaining balance could not be carried out. An enormous number of emails later, I was verified again, but unfortunately the bank SEB, from which my deposit was made, was not available as an option for withdrawals. After just over 5 months, endless emails and yet another verification, I played my balance down to SEK 0. The next day, SEB was available as an alternative when withdrawals were requested. I believe that YoYokasino has deliberately delayed my requested payouts. Do not play at a casino with a Swedish license

Enormt många mail senare blev jag återigen verifierad men tyvärr fanns ej den bank SEB, som min insättning gjordes från, med som alternativ vid uttag. Efter drygt 5månader, oändligt många mail och ännu en verifiering spelade jag ner mitt saldo till 0:-. Dagen efter fanns SEB som alternativ när uttag begärdes. Jag anser att YoYocasino medvetet har förhalat mina begärda utbetalningar. Spelar ej på casino med svensk license
