Usually when I have a bad streak, to avoid complicating my life I usually take a break (self-exclusion). Then, after that period when I want to play again, I can normally do so without any problem. The casino in terms of functionality of the slots, payments and others is very good, but after having requested that they reactivate my account they do not do it at this point and being a good customer (I have never had any problems), I honestly do not do it. I understand and it seems like an absolute lack of consideration. Four days have passed and they don't even deign to answer my emails or phone calls to check the status of my request to reactivate the account. I sincerely regret it, because as I said, everything else works excellently.
