BEWARE!! WINZ CASINO IS ILLEGAL AND A SCAM!!
To explain it very briefly: I signed up at Winz Casino for the welcome bonus, deposited 200.-, and received 100% of my deposit after the wagering requirement. Based on experience, I read through all the terms and conditions of their site in detail and complied with them properly. Subsequently, I naturally lost some money and did not receive the 200.- welcome bonus. Customer service told me, without any warning or notification, that the bonus was denied to me because I had reached my self-set session limit. They admit that this is not stated anywhere in any of the terms and conditions on the entire website. According to the Gaming Authority, to whom I have already filed complaints, this is legally illegal. Later, they claimed again that this was due to a technical malfunction, changed their story, and after refusing to help me, they also told me that there was no other team that could assist me. Later, it turned out there was, and I was frequently redirected from customer service. However, I have been deliberately sent back and forth for almost two months now, and they have never made a serious attempt to help. This is how they scam everyone, spread fake information, change their story, and think they can get away with literally non-existent terms and conditions that ARE applied, as well as illegal bonus denials. Others I am in contact with share this experience as well.

De klantenservice verteld me, na geen enkele waarschuwing of melding, dat door het bereiken van mijn eigen ingestelde sessie limiet de bonus me is ontzegt. Zo lichten ze iedereen op, vertellen ze neppe informatie, verandert hun verhaal en denken ze weg te komen met letterlijk niet bestaande voorwaarden die WEL toegepast worden en illegale bonus ontzeggingen. Ook andere delen deze ervaring waar ik mee in contact ben.
