Here is a very thorough review of this casino.
I won $4700. Max cashout per day is like $1500 and I was paid that quite quick so I was super happy. Finally another great casino to add to my list.
I went to process my next withdraw and they were blocked for verification.
Ok no problem.
Here is where the weird stuff and stalling tactics began.
They only offered me 2 upload options. I did a selfie and front of license like requested.
It took them at least 30 hours to review them.
Selfie rejected because they didnt like hand placement on my ID. Ok weird. Never heard of that before.
Resubmitted. Took another 30ish hours to approve.
But then they asked for back of license after another 30 hour wait. Yawn. Submitted it. 30 hours later. Rejected for reason "put license on different backround"
This didnt make sense. My front of my license was on the exact same table as I did back of license on.
Resubmitted. 30 hours later rejected. Reason "documents cant be older than 24 hours. Please take a new picture"
Obvious crazy stalling tactics used here. 24 hours is totally absurd reasoning to reject documents lol

Avoid this casino. Made a first deposit and activated the first deposit bonus. Like a lot of casinos do, the bonus was not issued and you have to go on live chat to resolve the problem. We all know they’re hoping you’re a newbie and you’ll start playing without resolving the bonus issue and you’ll lose the bonus. It’s annoying and a time waste to have to go to live support, but they normally will issue the bonus once a complaint is made. Not this casino!! Been on live chat 3 times and no one will fix this… I’m waiting for the "relevant" department to contact me and we all know that’s not going to happen. It’s the typical, scammy practice where they hope you’ll lose patience and start playing without getting the bonus. Next step will be a complaint.
