WAGMI Casino Review

A fully verified player from Switzerland wanted to withdraw her money after bigger win, but she had difficulties. The casino moved this case to the financial department which approved everything and the player should get her money. However, 4 days later, she still hasn't received any paymnent. There were no more updates since then.

However, the player had not responded to our inquiries, leaving us unable to further investigate. As a result, the complaint was rejected.

The player from Vietnam had requested a withdrawal but had not received his winnings. The Complaints Team had advised the player that withdrawals could take some time, potentially due to KYC verification or high volume of withdrawal requests, and had suggested waiting at least 14 days after the withdrawal request before submitting a complaint. The player later confirmed that he had received his payment. As a result, the Complaints Team had marked the complaint as resolved.

The player from Switzerland has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The player stopped responding to our questions and comments, so we rejected the complaint.
