Now that it became clear that the casino does not take responsibility for the loss of achievements caused by its own system changes, I stopped playing there. Veikkaus also does not examine the game rounds of the games. I have a statement on the matter stating that the auditing has not been checked at all. The same thing happens during the game rounds as at other casinos, i.e. the bet is placed and the winnings are paid. The analysis of the game behavior was ignored. So Veikkaus is not interested in what kind of games they run by the game manufacturers. I have been waiting for 13 months now for an answer to my question, during which time the "ADR" (Police Board) has been completely silent for 6 months. So not a single email has been received for half a year. Unfortunately, this matter is also "in order" because it has not even been raised on the table.
