EDIT: I have changed this review at the bottom.
Would not honor the FS pormotion lsited on casino guru, stated that it said I needed to "activate my account with a deposit" before getting the freespins.
I sent them a print scrween of the T&C listed for the bonus and they lied and said "It says activate account there!" when it did in fact not mention anything about that.
Furthermore, they said I had no active balance in my account, I showed them a screenshot of that not being true and they changed the subject and did not address the topic.
Review Update: The casino read my review and credited me the freespins and also added $1 to my balance so that I could play. (Literarly, you cannot play with a balance under $1 despite many games being penny slots where you bet 1cent.
I did not win a single thing on the freespins, but on almost every spin, the game had reels filled with wilds of course, just being ONE space shy of the biggest wins I would ever have seen in Mega Joker. What are the odds that I was juuuuust close to winnig hundreds of dollars almost every spin but also won exactly 0 on every spin?
Decided to play Deuces Wild with the $1 they so kindly put on my account. I played a couple of hands until I got to the point where my balance went under $1 and the MOST annoying pop-up of the cashier started appearing whenever I would go bellow 1 dollar. EVERY. TIME. What do you think happened when my balance reached 0? Nothing. Nothing at all.
Stay away from this casino. They do not care about the customer experience at all. They just care about maintaining the best possible way of keeping ANY amount of your money that they can get away with. This is evident by the fact that their welcome offer has a MINIMUM deposit of $250, as told to me by the support live chat.
Needless to say, I did not take the "generous" offer.

There are many games. But when it comes to withdrawals, they make things as difficult as possible. Random account checks, incredibly long waiting times for payouts that even the most disreputable casino manages within 72 hours. Bank transfers are also only possible in €100 increments after waiting for over two weeks. Support just stalls and tries to delay everything. Only bad experiences.
