I found ToonieBet on Google. I wanted to try this platform so I made a first qualifying deposit using the #1 method in Canada, INTERAC e-Transfer. Please kindly note that I also successfully passed the KYC verification.

Despite that, I never received my Sports Welcome Offer. Then, I went on the LiveChat twice. Chloe was very kind and professional. She asked me to wager my real funds once with odds of 1.5 or higher and then come back to the LiveChat.

**This is not mentioned in their t&cs, the bonus is supposed to be credited automatically right after the deposit.**

Then, after completing this step I came back to the LiveChat and Dali, very kind too, wasn’t able to help me. He asked me to look my email box for further updates and that they take my case very seriously.

The issue is that I never received any follow up by email. Next day, I logged in and I saw my bonus funds. If I had never logged in, I would never have been notified 😅.

The other thing that I want to denounce is that I don’t received any apologies and any compensation spins/free bet for this bad experience. Nothing, like if they don’t care at all about our experience.
