I deposited €2,296, played fairly, and won €20,000. My account was fully KYC-verified, and I submitted withdrawal requests as required. Instead of processing my withdrawals, they kept them "under review" for almost two weeks. Then they suddenly closed my account, canceled all withdrawals, and sent me an email claiming a vague "breach of Terms and Conditions" without providing a single detail or proof.

First of all they send me SMS to play, without ever being registered on their site. How did they acquire my mobile number...GDPR regulations...reason to sue No.1 . I registered and deposited 50 euros and took a bonus, without needing KYC. AFTER 9 days they accepted the same document which they declined initially LMAO.
And now they declined my winnings and my withdrawal with new rules they added, that I won the money in bonus rounds and that they had max bet 2€ which I violated. LIES. They didn’t have any limits in max bet. And they allowed the bonus buy.
