However, the casino confiscated his winnings alleging unnatural wagers and provided no further explanation. The player had reached out to us for assistance. We had attempted to contact the casino multiple times but received no response. Consequently, the complaint was marked as 'unresolved', potentially affecting the casino's rating negatively.
