The player's requesting a refund of his deposits as he self excluded himself. The complaint was closed based on the player's request.
I reclaim my stakes of 300 euros from the casino, which I deposited and gambled on December 27th, 2022.
It can be proven that I sent an email on December 26th, 2022 that I would like my stakes back due to the lack of a German license.
I also wrote in my email of December 26, 2022 that I gambled under pathological gambling addiction, diagnosis F63.0, see my email of December 26, 2022 in the attachment.
With my email of December 26, 2022, I also sent proof of inpatient rehabilitation with the diagnosis of pathological gambling addiction, diagnosis F63.0.
Nevertheless, I was able to deposit and gamble away an amount of 300 euros on December 27th, 2022.
My player account was only blocked on December 28th, 2022 due to the medical records of my pathological gambling addiction.
The casino still refuses to refund my deposit from 12/27/2022.
Ich fordere meine Spieleinsätze von 300 Euro von dem Casino zurück, die ich am 27.12.2022 eingezahlt und verspielt habe.
Ich habe nachweislich per Email am 26.12.2022 per Email geschrieben, dass ich meine Spieleinsätze zurück fordere, wegen fehlender deutscher Lizenz.
Ich habe in meiner Email vom 26.12.2022 auch geschrieben, dass ich unter pathologische Glücksspielsucht, Diagnose F63.0 gespielt habe, siehe meine Email vom 26.12.2022 im Anhang.
Ich habe mit meiner Email vom 26.12.2022 auch ein Nachweis von der stationären Rehabilitation mit der Diagnose pathoglisches Glücksspielsucht, Diagnose F63.0 geschickt.
Trotzdem konnte ich am 27.12.2022 einen Betrag von 300 Euro einzahlen und verspielen.
Mein Spielerkonto wurde erst am 28.12.2022 wegen den Krankenunterlagen meiner pathologischen Spielsucht gesperrt.
Das Casino weigert sich trotzdem meine Einzahlung vom 27.12.2022 zurück zu erstatten.
