The player complained that after he requested a withdrawal - the maximum allowed was €500 per week - the casino was taking at least 3 days to get his account verified and as he was affraid to gamble away the remaining funds, he requested a self-exclusion. A few days later, he requested to reopen his account - it got reopened right away and he gambled away all the remaining funds. The casino didn't react to this complaint and it remained unresolved.

The player did receive a confirmation email saying that the casino had applied the requested limits on the player's account, however, the player was still able to place a bet way over the requested limit and lost €842.00. The player asked for a refund of the lost €842.00. The casino claimed that the player the player placed bets that have been settled as lost and only AFTER this the player confirmed with the casino support team that the player had no loss limits. The casino was willing to return all of the player's deposits back to their account. The player agreed to have their deposit refunded, but no funds were received. Mediator requested additional information from the casino but no further response was made. This complaint was closed as unresolved.

The player 'MATE246' from Hungary had played in this casino before and had successfully received a few withdrawals. Their account was verified. When the player submitted their last withdrawal, the casino requested a document that the player was unable to provide and had the casino informed that this kind of document was non-existing. This document was not specified in the casino T&C's but the casino insisted they were allowed to request documents to verify: (i) the identity of the Account Holder, (ii) his/her authorization to use a specific Card, and/or (iii) other facts and information provided by the Account Holder at all times. The player was happy to do a verification call with the casino to verify his identity but his offer was ignored. A mediator has asked the casino to provide a detailed explanation of the issue along with all the relevant facts and evidence but the casino just copy/pasted their T&C's and even accused the player of breaching their terms and deleted the player's account balance. The complaint was closed as Unresoled without any further reaction.

They requested their first withdrawal of €500.00 when their casino account balance was €18,100., and on 29.6.20222 the player did receive those €500.00. At that time the player accumulated their winnings to €22,780.00 and requested another withdrawal of €500.00 on 29.6.2022, however, on 1.7.2022 the player found out that their casino account balance was deleted to €0,0. The casino enforced their Max win rule "The maximum net winnings, based on license liability, in any 24-hour period per account are limited to 5000€" and according to the casino the player had breached it. A mediator considered this rule to be vague and asked the casino to amend the rule with more clarity and transparency. There was no further reaction from the casino and this complaint was closed as Unresolved.
