I have request a withdrawall 5 days ago of 500$. They still havent process it, in the mid time i did 2 other withdraw request of 750$ and they are also pending, i look to

verify my account in the mid time and there is a message stating that i currently dont have to verified my account. I also have now a 6000$ balance that i want to withdraw the soonest. I did not accept any bonus when deposit by etransfer. The chat help always stat the same stories that doesnt help me on any ways. I have pictures of my claims. Please help me get my withdrawal request completed.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Will do i will wait another week. Also note that i have not 1 but 2 750$ deposit request in addition to the 500$ and still a 6000$ balance waiting to be withdraw.

I am still waiting for the initial withdrawal after 5 Buissness days + 2 weekend days. I have 2000$ pending and a new remaining balance of 16 658$.

I havent receive none of the 3 pending from 12 days ago. They stat the same story about delayed and even that on there side it was completed but the problem comes from the provider. But it still says step 1 of 5 step in process.. I also have picture of all my chat witj them.
