Spins House casino is probably the worst casino I’ve experienced and gives you zero chance of winning even when you’ve won. The customer service is very unprofessional and complaints department are slow to respond or give a clear explanation. I would avoid this casino at all cost! My experience was I deposited, on the first deposit took the bonus on offer and won. I played out of the bonus and deposited a further 2 times. I was congratulated and then told my winning of £3500 wouldn’t be paid because of the casinos T&Cs and I was only eligible to withdraw £300. I was then being asked to keep playing which I obviously didn’t do because of the situation then to be told I’d breached other T&C’s and wouldn’t even be paid the £300 only my initial deposit. I complained and they send me the £30 and closed my account. I argued if I’d broken the casinos T&C’s why are you chasing me to deposit more money and if I wasn’t eligible to withdraw the £300 because I’d breached the rules I should at least be able to get all my deposits back to a response that the casino has a write to keep the deposits. In playing online casinos for over 15 years I’ve never had such a poor experience where I feel these sort of casinos do everything to withhold winnings and use unfair T&Cs to promote this. All I can say is stay clear of these unlicensed casinos that just take your money. The agents also have no communication skills and mock you when they tell you your not actually winning and you money is now ours then shut down your complaint. PEOPLE PLEASE AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COST
