I accepted a bonus and played it on slots only.

I won $4000 after wagering and opted to withdraw.

I have not been able to upload my verification nor have I been requested to provide verification.

The casino told me up to three days for my request to be reviewed.

My latest communication with the casino, they said my withdrawals are pending bank processing however I still haven't provided verification and the withdrawals are actually still sitting as pending review.

I can only request 3 withdrawals at a time. Leaving me with $1600 sitting in my balance until others clear.

The support is telling me things that don't match what my withdrawal status is saying.

I will be waiting a long time to withdraw if this is how long they take to even look at requests

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please let us know, and we will intervene and try to help you.

I finally had my documents verified. Yesterday. And they processed 1/3 withdrawal requests.


They are now stating that they process subsequent withdrawal requests "within three days" of the last processed withdrawal. This practice makes it impossible for any player to be able to withdraw the max weekly as outlined in their terms.


Each withdrawal request can only be made one a day and a max of three at a time. This practice makes me feel like they are hoping players will cancel their withdrawal request and spend the winnings in the casino.


Why after documents are verified and one withdrawal request processed are the others not processed at the same time. Especially when they all derive from the same game play

I have had all but one released after continuous and exhaustive emails back and fourth. This last withdrawal is now being held off approval by the casino. I am constantly told it will happen, however their emails are generic and keep stating their terms which is 3 days. We are now passed their terms. And I am just given blanket responses with no time frame of processing this last payment.

I absolutely will not recommend this casino to anyone. They should not even be listed as an option on here. Their integrity and fairness is non existent
