This casino and the group behind it are very special, quite trustworthy in my eyes, and it is a huge exception where one can ignore hard "red flags", because normally these things "unknown owner", "open complaints" and "no license" would be reason enough to "stay away". It's also marked red on CasinoGuru, while other casinos receive a rating of 8 or higher there despite exactly the same negative reasons - very unfortunate.
Anyway, after reading the other review here on CasinoGuru, I tried this casino because it apparently belongs to the same operator as LuckyMax and is exactly the same (no operator, not even upon inquiry, no license), and I didn't have any major problems with LuckyMax. It also has almost the same amazing promotions with bonuses up to 650% without a maximum win limit, which is simply incredible in the current market environment where bonus winnings have been reduced to sometimes ridiculously low amounts almost everywhere. These are also the only casinos in this group that offer such high bonuses without major restrictions, namely Spinshark and the ones mentioned in the previous comment, which are also the three non-anonymous ones. And yes, it must be said that the RTP for slots like bgaming is at a very low level of 91/92%, which is why I would only use it with such high bonuses and stay away from such slots where you can check the low RTP.
However, if you manage to use the bonus, you will receive your payout within 24 hours, no silly games with KYC etc. In my case, after a €20 deposit and a 500% bonus, I received a profit of over €690. Unfortunately, I have to mention (which somewhat mars the experience) that a bank transfer wasn't possible, unlike with your other services – presumably an error, but the chat representative said they would forward it and get back to me. I tried using the credit card I used for the deposit, which usually works, but with you it was supposedly "approved but rejected by the payment provider." I then requested a withdrawal via crypto, which isn't normally possible when depositing with fiat currency, but this was processed – although I chose USDT, which is very stable, I only received less than €650 instead of the expected €689. This must be due to your crypto service provider, and others in the industry definitely handle this better. My polite email regarding the nearly 10% fee received no response – so, not perfect after all ;o)

Jedenfalls habe ich nach Lesen der anderen Bewertung hier auf CasinoGuru das Casino ausprobiert da es offenbar den selben Betreiber wie LuckyMax gehört und dort genau dasgleiche ist (kein Betreiber, auch auf Nachfrage nicht, keine Lizenz) und ich bei diesem auch keine grossen Probleme hatte. Es hat auch nahezu die gleichen krazzen Promotions mit Boni bis zu 650% ohne Maximalgewinn was einfach unglaublich ist im aktuellen Marktumfeld wo Bonusgewinne fast überall auf teilweise unterirdische Beträge gekürzt wurden. Es sind auch nur die Casinos dieser Gruppe, wo diese hohen Boni ohne grosse Einschränkungen haben, also noch Spinshark und die im Vorgängerkommentar genannten welche dann auch die 3 nicht anonymen von Ihnen sind. Und ja, man muss berechtigt sagen der RTP ist bei Slots wie bgaming mit 91/92% auf einer sehr niedrigen Stufe, weshalb ich es auch nur mit derart hohen Boni nutzen würde und mich von derartigen Slots wo Sie den niedrigen RTP prüfen können, fern halte.
Wenn es einem aber gelingt den Bonus umzusetzen erhält man seine Auszahlung innerhalb von 24 Stunden, keine doofen Spiele mit der KYC etc, in meinem Fall nach 20 Euro Deposit und 500% Bonus meinen Gewinn über 690 Euro. Leider muss ich aber anmerken (was das ganze etwas trübt) das keine Auszahlung per Banküberweisung möglich war, was bei den anderen von Ihnen geht - vermutlich ein Fehler, aber der Chat sagte man leite es weiter und melde sich. Ich probierte es auf die zur Einzahlung genutzte Kreditkarte, was meistens auch klappt, bei Ihnen aber angeblich "genehmigt aber vom Zahlungsanbieter abgelehnt" wurde. Ich hab dann per Krypto angefordert was normalerweise nicht geht wenn man per FIAT einbezahlte aber dies wurde dann bearbeitet - obwohl ich USDT wählte was also sehr stabil im Kurs ist kamen statt der 689 Euro aber nur weniger als 650 an, was an ihrem Kryptodienstleister liegen muss und andere in der Branche definitiv besser hinbekommen. Auf meine höfliche E-Mail wegen der knapp 10% kam keinerlei Reaktion - somit also eben doch nicht perfekt ;o)
