I then uploaded my documents and waited for my payouts (a total of 7,500 euros, the remaining 1,500 euros remained on the player account). All of a sudden I go into my account on Saturday evening and there are only 100 euros left in my account. I go to my email and have an email from the online casino that I have violated bonus terms and my winnings have been confiscated. They left me 100 euros as a gesture of goodwill...hahaha! The ground was ripped out from under my feet. For real! I asked in the chat if this was supposed to be a bad joke. No, that's the way it is and there's nothing to discuss about that either, they wrote about it... you have to imagine that. They let me play diligently for 3 days and work so hard up and not even tell me in between that something is going wrong? I then asked them to simply delete my account because I no longer want to have anything to do with the club... But when I see how many players (not only in this casino) got their high winnings, even though they also violated bonus terms...I should have complained sooner! But the casino can check everything and I also know exactly the date and the amount. So that wouldn't be a problem. I hope you can do something there. To this day I think it's a bottomless cheek to let me play for so many days and then suddenly they found a reason not to have to pay me the money. I hope you get in touch and things get resolved!
