The casino was good at first, I even withdrew money from there, but for a few months now I've been trying to make withdrawals and nothing. I tried to make a withdrawal of 300€ and I waited the 3 working days as they say you should and nothing, so I contacted the live chat and they told me that they were having problems with the financial department and that it could take some time, I waited and another week passed and I didn't receive the withdrawal, so I sent an email to support where they said the same thing, I waited and after 3 weeks of waiting my withdrawal was canceled and I couldn't withdraw the money. As I thought it was that month that you might be having problems I went there and deposited again where I managed to get 120€ but it's been 1 week and I haven't received anything, I contact chat and support and they just apologize for what happened and nobody solves anything.

Wish I can give $0! Stay away from this website. I won over $100 and all of a sudden there is a "disconnection" error and my winnings didn't register. I live in the city with high speed internet. There should be no reason for internet disconnection. I complained to customer service and they did not help at all. STAY AWAY! I just made a $150 mistake. I should have just gone to a real casino! :'(

These guys are crooks. Spend large and win and they find a way in the fine print to not pay. I literally spent thousands and finally hit a good one and they took the money out of my account. Scumbag slime at this site.

I registered on this site and checked available deposit and withdrawal methods first. Visa was available for both. Thats why i decided to play. I cant use wallets etc for gambling in my country. Now I wanted to request visa withdrawal and i got error message.
After explaining chat operator he assured me that they have ongoing issue with visa and they will be able to process my request via bank transfer via email
KYC email replied that they dont process email requests.
As you can see this site clearly doesnt deserve the rating 7. Please change it accordingly.
