The player from United States has requested withdrawals back in March. They all have been pending since and the player’s account is not accessible anymore. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I won couple of jackpots in February of 2020 march i tried withdrawl 2 ways wire transfer and check. They put in back in my slot account i played some more even did more deposits. Won another jackpot. This time went down to my bank got all the info they said needed. Did express payment $750 then did wire trans $1250 then check for $1200 i believe those are the amounts check might been for 1500. I kept checking every week. My bank info was excepted. Ive sent many emails. No replies and i cant even login anymore. I feel scammed very scammed. They had no problem taking money but wont pay it back.

I am very sorry to hear about your withdrawal problem. 

In this case, we have no other option than contact the casino directly.

 

I would like to ask the casino what was the reason the player's account was closed. Is there any update regarding player's withdrawals?

Well Davin, your account was blocked due to too many attempted logins with an incorrect password. I've gone ahead and reactivated the account for you, if you have further issues logging in please use the lost password procedure on the login page and follow the instructions, it should have you back in in no time.


Once you do log in go ahead and re-request the withdrawal, it is currently in your account as playable balance.


The reason for denial of the withdrawal request was a lack of payout information in your account. Without a means of payout the request can't be reviewed for approval. I reviewed your interactions with the casino in depth and while I see requests for payout details and a number of frustrated letters from yourself I can't find an instance where the details were submitted.


I will have a member of my team reach out to you via email with the necessaries, just follow through with them and once we have it all on file for you we can move forward.

Just an update: Got that payment out to our payment provider yesterday for delivery as a check (per player request), once the check has been issued you will receive tracking information to your email box (3-10 business days is pretty standard). Just arrange to receive delivery then deposit the check directly to your bank account.

I got check deposited in my account. They said look altered. But they went head sent it off. Said take 4-10 WEEKS. YES WEEKS.
