This place is a scam, I disputed all charges with the bank. They say a wire will be done, then we have to many accounts open with your bank. Pick another, the. I get the same thing. Then I’m told to do Bitcoin. Then I’m told take a picture with a newspaper, and it’s always another issue. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY HERE, it’ll be stolen.

Please understand, that a variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers and bank restrictions, all have a major influence.

We will contact the casino and ask for their cooperation in resolving your problem, but, before we do so,  could you please advise if you have completed account verification successfully, or it’s still ongoing? Have you been offered any alternative method to withdraw your funds?

Verification has been completed! You have my docs, they’ve been approved, and you are refusing to honor my wire information because too many other customers have a Wells Fargo account. That in itself implies you are doing shady business.


Then I give another bank account, then I give a Bitcoin account. Now I’m told take a pic with a newspaper with today’s date. I’m not a kidnapped victim here. At this point you owed me over $2,000 and I’ll gladly take my purchases back instead.

Yep, I’m told because they have too many Wells Fargo customers already and cannot wire my money.


Then I tried bitcoin, they wanted a newspaper with today’s date that I refused to do as this is not a proof of life situation.


Then I’m told it’s approved and it’ll be another week, but we’re into a month of this happening and getting a different excise every time.
