Their email does not work and their page no longer works, it sends an error, they closed the URL, so it is obvious that this casino will never appear again, all the things we expected to deposit our winnings will never happen.

After using a "no deposit bonus" to test the casino worth €100, I ended up winning more than €2500, always knowing that the withdrawal limit was €100. It was clear in the Bonus information. After the wager was fulfilled, I tried to withdraw the allowed winnings - €100. It took 5 days (crypto - only payment and withdrawal method) for them to start the validation process (which takes another 1 or 2 days), in which they asked me to send my passport to verify my identity. They do not accept any other document that proves identity, including National ID card, Driver License Card, etc., which I promptly offered to send. The terms and conditions do not mention the exclusive need to present a passport and the non-acceptance of another document issued by the government of your country. In fact, the site's own verification process accepts the National ID card or driving license, which is later invalidated by the Casino's compliance department. This is clearly an omission of information in the terms and conditions that they then use as a procedure to avoid paying the amounts won at the casino. In other words, SCAM! Of the many casinos I use, it was the only one to date that requested the sending of a passport and rejects any and all other documents proving identification.
