I was verified within a few hours and the money was in my account promptly. i was happy Typical Dama NV. However, yesterday I received an offer from the casino, which made me deposit again. It was a better 2nd welcome offer with 80% and 80 free spins. That had convinced me. I've made a deposit again, although I've never had high hopes of playing at the same casino once I've withdrawn (always had bad experiences). But the offer was too good. I deposited and got part of the offer (80%). I went into support and asked to add the free spins. After a short time, the support employee told me that the bonus was not available to me and that I could not get it. This was incomprehensible to me as I normally NEVER had problems with Dama NV. I had informed him that it was your offer and that I received it and would like to use it as well. After another 5 minutes I was informed again that the offer is not usable for me. I didn't have any information about that. I then asked for my money to just be sent back to my payment method. After another waiting period (10 minutes), this was referred to with the terms and conditions that deposits must be converted at least 3 times before they can be paid out again. This is not understandable for me, since I received an offer from the CASINO and it was claimed AFTER the deposit that I could not use it. I'm talking about the principle here. If I had had the information that I could no longer take advantage of any offers, I probably would not have made that deposit.
