Deposited 20€ crypto without bonus. Won 190€. Now waited for 36 hours but i cannot reach live chat and they are not responding. I read few similar stories on trustpilot where they dont pay a customer.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed.
