The player from Australia experienced a delay in his withdrawal process. Initially, the casino had promised to process the payment within 3-5 business days, but later extended it to 7 days. The player was still waiting for a confirmation of his $700 payment. On top of this, the player also mentioned a $600 withdrawal request from another platform, thepokies.net, but hadn't seen any updates regarding this. Despite the Complaints Team's attempts to keep communication open and extend the timer for resolution, the player failed to respond, leading to the complaint being rejected.

Made withdrawal request on Saturday 20/01/2024 although it states completed on their end I’m still yet to receive any of my winnings. Attempted to speak to casino via live chat ( we is pretty much Non EXISTENT). I was originally told the money COULD take up to 3-5 business days, as that timeframe has been and gone now they state it will take 7 business days to receive the money. STILL WAITING NOW FOR $700 confirmation / reference number of payment.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Thanks for your response Veronika I will update my post after 14days.


I also have a $600 withdrawal request on platform the pokies.net I was told by a friend they are affiliated with Royal Reels however I can’t see anything on my account regarding that withdrawal nor can I get on to live chat. I’ve withdrawn many times from the pokies.net never been a problem until now it’s been 6 or 7 days can’t be sure in the exact date as I can’t see it in my account.
