The quality of their customer support is appalling. They awarded a bonus that was completely different from the one they had originally offered, refused to acknowledge their mistake, and kept insisting that they had "increased the bonus as a gesture of goodwill."
They don’t seem to understand that since higher bonuses come with higher wagering requirements, an increase in the bonus amount isn’t necessarily to the player’s advantage.
