The player from Australia has experienced several technical glitches while playing the live roulette. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Roulette algorithm bounces back a winning bet without paying win.

Participating in game not recorded on betting history.


1st time it happened $400 bet on column 1&3 each. $1200 return expected.


$800 returned without $400 profit.


This happened on a $365deposit.

Frustration set in and lost the lot very fast after continuously winning for 5days straight.


Snapshots will only showing that a period of approx 2minutes is missing when that game was scrubbed from betting history...


An average game is approx 1minute from start of betting to end of result.

There was no paused in the game sequence of games.. ie none were say out until the $800 bet was placed.


Deposited $365 again.


This time similar thing happened again but worse! $50 bet on column 1&2.

Win was on but neither the bet nor return was paid!!!


$50 bet on the next round.

Exact same thing happened!


Frustration set in lost the rest of 500balance I worked so hard for...

real fast.


ROCKPLAY has a cheating algorithm in the live roulette software. I have no doubt it's the software developer in collusion with the casino. Cos they both can't dismiss this as a glitch cos when it happens it only benefit the balance of the casino not the player.

Meanwhile, please check our article explaining "How slot machines are programmed" and maybe it’ll help to understand how servers communicate with players and what issues might occur on the way.

 

Please understand, that without any supporting evidence we can’t proceed further with this case as it would be close to impossible to confront the casino.

Rocketplay has attempted successfully to even SCRUB the most recent $365 deposit and bets from then on!


When i requested for a cashback bonus for the previous week's $365 deposit, the operator said I can't because I NEVER MADE THAT $365 DEPOSIT?!


However, I have many snapshots of glitches that show that a the least I did make that deposit and placed many bets and rocketplay scrubbed it all?!


So are casinos capable of manipulating TRANSATION HISTORY AND BETTING HISTORY?


Clearly YES!!!


Another trick they did was to suddenly administer a deposit match bonus after bets have been made... when clearly we ticked play with no bonuses.


So at approx $500, we got bonus removed once we realised we had been playing with it. And lost all our winnings down to $365.

Yes I have successfully downloaded the game history DOCTORED version that is available.


The game in question with the $800 bet has been scrubbed.


The first deposit the "glitch" happened, the win gave the bet amount $800 back but without the $400 profit.


The game history does not show this event however if you look at the duration of the games on the snapshot of the game history where the missing game is in question, you will see an approximate 2minute gap when it's 1minute for every game before and after from placing a bet to the end of paying out of results.

To show this manipulation capability of players' BETTING HISTORY and also DEPOSITS...

I shall send this snapshot soon... Along with an operator saying she cannot give me cashback for my 2nd $365 deposit because I NEVER MADE ONE when other snapshots clearly shows I did make it and spent hours after making the 2nd deposit!
