I have requested a withdraw at the 28th of December. It's 8th of January and still waiting. Support just keeps telling to be patient. Their own terms say that withdraws are processed within 3 days.

I have done one successful withdraw in the past and the KYC was never requested.

Having a casino keeping your earining that long its like losing them again cause everyone knows that time is always with the casino.
