I emailed Reefspins a self exclusion request (permanent) stating I am suffering from gambling addiction. In no way, shape or form could it be considered up for debate, and yet they respond with:
"Have you considered taking a break or a deposit limit? We can put a temporary restriction on your account for either 42 or 84 days. Just a heads up, once it’s set, it can’t be lifted early. Want me to go ahead and set that up for you?"
This is not how a responsible casino should behave. When somebody states they would like to permanently self exclude because they are suffering from gambling addiction, than that is exactly what the casino needs to do, without question.
Unfortunately this means I've had to edit my 5 star review to 1 star, because I find this tactic of haggling over the terms of a self exclusion request for gambling addiction predatory.
