Theme and Story Line

Pyramid King puts the player into the role of an Ancient Egyptian merchant, travelling up the Nile from Thebes to Alexandria in a caravan of camels.

The reels are decked out with the various wares of the caravan, from religious masks of the jackal faced god, Anubis, to the ornate papyruses of educated scribes.

The background of the game shows the pyramids, mausoleums of the King to which the player hopes to sell their wares for a jackpot of gold stater coins.

Graphics, Sounds and Animations

The graphics of Pyramid King are pretty solid, especially in the often tacky realm of ancient Egyptian slot games. The symbols designs are a bit kitsch, but overall not too bad.

The animations for this slot are simple, and conform to the standards of most basic slots. Symbols get a bit bigger when they are part of a winning combo for example, but they also have a little flare in the form of little animated sparkles on the gold surfaces.
