This has been a headache from the start to receive the money I won from the so called no deposit bonus which you have to make a deposit to withdraw . Then the min withdrawal , with only 2 options to withdraw from and the minimums are 300 and 100. Then after your balance isn't real? Or it is ? I don't even know still . The customer service I''s shit they just reroute you in circles don't waste your time here
