Edits: knocking this down one point because the casino customer support are incompetent and insulting. Unwilling to resolve technical issues that are the casinos error and using completely bogus explanations that contradict facts and events that have occurred. After a very frustrating interaction with support staff , I sent an email to the complaints/suggestions email listed on the website and now weeks have gone by and it hasn't been answered. If they're going to use completely baseless made up logic for something as minor as a small technical error how can I trust them to follow through on any other of their policies? My incident was so poorly handled I am very hesitant to play here anymore.

I started playing here casually last year and it has gradually become one of the two primary casinos I play at. It’s been a great replacement for Gamdon who I left after their VIP program went downhill. As far as crypto casinos go I feel megadice is often overlooked and underrated. It has a great game selection, easy to navigate site, withdrawals are nearly always instant, and a decent rewards system. If you play in their native dice token you get a good 15% cashback each Tuesday. Super noteworthy is that in their terms they have one of the highest monthly withdrawal limits I’ve seen ($500,000) and no daily withdrawal limits. Unfortunately I haven’t had any super big wins yet to see if this is actually the case in practice but considering withdrawals have been a breeze otherwise I’m not too skeptical.

Areas for improvement: even though customer support is 24/7 they’re pretty useless. Nearly anything I’ve asked them about they haven’t been able to help me with and Im often redirected to the telegram "community" which rarely has the answers I’m looking for and is convoluted to navigate. I also wish I could play games in CAD. The only option is USD or Euro. I also feel like I’ve played and wagered there long enough to have a more personalized VIP experience but I have not yet been contacted to join … despite having wagered a total amount comparable to what I’ve wagered at competitors where I’ve been invited. That being said I feel the cashback and rewards are decent enough that this isn’t a major drawback.

Anyhow if you’re looking for a reliable , fast crypto casino… this is a good option.
