Overall a positive experience, but KYC was really a nuisance with this one. It took about 3 days and multiple attempts for me to find the magical combination of documents that they were willing to accept. While most bills are sent digitally these days, they wanted photographs of physical bills; screenshots or photos of bills on a laptop screen are not accepted. Bank statement had to be one page and include information that my bank doesn't usually put on statements; luckily my bank was able to customize one for me, but why should they have to? Can't multiple documents from the same bank provide the same information?

Once that was finally handled, everything has been good.

Game selection is good, withdrawals via etransfer have been completed within 2-5 hours. Responsible gambling tools are easy to use as well. It seems I'm only able to deposit using etransfer, which is ok but my bank charges me for each transaction. It would be nice to have more options, but it's not a huge problem.

Probably one of my new favorite sites. I'd give a very positive rating if the challenging KYC process hadn't caused me so much grief at the very beginning.

I wanted to leave iWild a good review, but they seem to be the type of casino I originally suspected they might be.

After I first registered several months ago, I attempted to make a withdrawal for $200.

They were initially very difficult when it came to verifying my documents; it took 7 days from my first withdrawal request to when they finally approved my kyc. They would reject my documents every day, once a day, and cancel my withdrawals during this time period. On day 7, the documents were magically accepted even though prior documents I'd sent contained the same info.

Once they officially approved my kyc, it took less than 24 hours to receive my payment (on day 8), so I thought I would give them another chance now that I had been "verified", as that seemed to be the challenging part.

Several months later, I won $450 on a cash back bonus, and the withdrawal was easy and I received it within 24 hours. I started to halfway trust them, so I made more deposits.

Now, this week, I won $1000 (no bonuses) and we're back to having problems again. 4 days ago, I made 2 $500 withdrawal requests, which were ignored and then cancelled. I initiated contact via chat, where I was told the money was coming, but then they cancelled it. I've been told it's coming again today, and it's in the final pending stage, whatever that means. I'm not convinced I'm actually talking to real people who are actually checking anything for me. Nobody responds to emails.

4 days may not seem like a lot of time, but it is extremely stressful when it is impossible to contact anyone, there are no updates to withdrawal status, and withdrawals randomly get cancelled after 48 hours. Like others have said, it seems like they they're allowing them to lapse so you keep playing and lose your money.

The dumb thing is, if they'd sent me my money in a timely manner, they'd probably have a bunch of it back by now already. I'm not even ahead in my winnings; I've deposited more than $1650 since I started playing there, so it's not like I'm asking for much.

If you have too much money and don't care when and if you get paid, this is a good website with nice design and a lot of game choices.

If you have bills to pay and expect to receive your withdrawals in a timely manner, then maybe use the several other gambling websites that don't play games with KYC, answer emails, and send withdrawals within the timeframe that they promise on their website.

The stress and uncertainty of waiting forever for my money makes me feel that this company isn't 100% trustworthy and difficult to recommend.

Edit: I did finally get paid, 5 days after my request.
