I won 1000 then more up to 1600 on a free spins bonus, I needed to make a deposit in order to withdraw the money from the "free" spins. 3 different deposits didn't show up on my account. They keep telling me that I made the deposit before the free spins and it didn't count. Even though I had made it after. They have also told me another department will be in touch. I guess I will update if I ever do hear from them.
