Im trying to make withdrawal since 1 week but its getting rejected with some lame excuses. Im a verified player and everytime i make a withdrawal request they say i need to wait 48 hours i wait that 48 hours then after that they come and says oh we need a selfie of yours with your passport and stuffs. After doing that i made the withdrawal for which i asked them if they need anyting else before rejecting my withdrawal they said no everything is fine your withdrawal will be processed soon then again after 48 hours its rejected. This time technical issues. I have contacted them everywhere from my VIP manager to live chat to support. All of them saying the same thing your withdrawal will be processed soon then getting rejected after 48 hours. While making deposit they take money instant but withdrawals the money its a headace. The worst Casino experince I ever had.
