I’ve sent over a dozen emails with no response from customer service. You can’t even access the 24/7 chat. Every time I try to click the support chat button nothing happens. Bonuses sometimes are not credited to your account after deposit. No responsible gambling options. There policy is to contact via email for responsible gambling tools. THEY DO NOT RESPOND

They have a lot of games but unfortunately I can’t play them. I made an account on Thursday and to activate my account I needed to deposit. I deposited $50 . I then go and try and play a game and I am restricted from playing because my account is not verified . No big deal I go and upload all my documents. I am still waiting to be verified 4 days later. The chat customer service is useless and when you email they do not answer.

Terrible Casino. Takes way too long to verify and I was denied my withdrawal because of over betting on a bonus. That information should be stated very clearly when accepting the bonus. I should not have to scroll down to the bottom on the home page to find the very small fine print of the bonus policy. I will not be wasting my at this casino again.
