At first glance, this casino looks great – a
wide selection of providers, plenty of deposit options, and an appealing interface.

However, if you’re lucky enough to win and try to withdraw your funds, that’s when the real issues begin. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. They require a selfie holding your ID outside your home, along with an unreasonable amount of documentation. After reading other reviews (which I, unfortunately, didn’t do beforehand), it’s clear that many people have gone through the same ordeal.

I filed a complaint and contacted their affiliate partner for support. Eventually, my account was verified, my money was paid out, and then my account was permanently closed due to an "administrative decision."

I seriously question how this casino can have such a high safety rating when their business practices are clearly unfair and borderline predatory. The way they treat customers is unacceptable, and they seem to do everything they can to delay or deny payouts – likely hoping you’ll lose your winnings during the drawn-out KYC process.

My advice is simple: do not deposit here. If you win, the withdrawal process will be a nightmare.
