i made a withdrawal more than 12 days ago, but every time I talk with customer support, they say they apologize i sent 4 times email to support i didn't took any respond. they are lier and after 12 days my request is first step they are rubber and steal money i take chat transcript and i took screen shot of my withdraw request .if i don't receive my money to this w
