Algunos puntos a favor, es un casino muy completo, con gran variedad de proveedores en maquinas tragamonedas, salas en vivo y demás.
Es un casino modernizado, con un diseño de pagina muy atractivo que hace que te quedes en el sitio y sea agradable la estadía.
Algunos puntos malos, que en verdad no son tan malos como para tirar la reputación abajo, pero se podría mejorar con tan solo un poco de organización y predisposición.
La atención por parte de la gente de soporte suele ser arrogante a la hora de hacer un reclamo, pero es amable a la hora de hacer consultas, por otro lado, generalmente no coinciden cuando hay algún tipo de problemas como ser Retiros, o verificación de cuenta, no tienen una linea de respuesta para seguir o simplemente no la coinciden en la respuesta.
Los retiros suelen demorar mucho tiempo en su procesamiento, y me pasó de tener retiros que al cumplir su fecha máxima se dan por cancelados, teniendo que volver a pedir el retiro y esperar nuevamente varios días.
Otro problema es la verificación, suelen ser bastante lentas y confusas, haciendo que el jugador pierda las ganas de jugar o simplemente opte por no verificar.
Mas allá de todas estas cosas, me quedo con lo bueno y dejo una buena valoración!
