Scamming my winnings all of it plus a negative anount in my balance they said a machine pachinko had malfunction but i did not just won my money in that i got winnings from different games too so they must give me my winnings from the slots and bacarrats i played and if they claim the machine had a problem the thing is we dont know anything about that and ever since i started playing in PNXbet i always play randomly they gave me my previous winning but since i have pending withdrawal i cannot withdraw another winning until they just put my account on hold with a negative balance

woah wait a minute the Highest bet for a game example pachincho is only ₱40 ($0.80) not including the extra balls that's cost bigger when there's a possible winning number,

in my other slots machines my max bet is ₱2,500 ($51.34) and how i normally plays is i start at minimum bet first then if my money is getting bigger i slowly increase my bettings i spent a whole day reviewing just one day of my gaming progress and just on the winning bet filter and even computed it so where did you technically got that $20-$20000 bet? seriously i thought this app is reliable since i never had an issue with my previous winning and withdrawals, its just happened that i have pending withDrawal thats why instead of withdrawing it i waited then now you forfieted my money

i can also provide my daily amount deposited in pnx bet ill be sending my bank statement do you even want me to compute it 2 dollars seriously

normally i do a broken deposit like 300,500,180,250,1000pesos in just one day in a week i had spent more than $500 most of the time i spent $200 un just one day since i played pnx then what pnx says that there's a glitch then there should be no loosing record from pachinko and also i got a higer winning from golden tree that gave me 100,000 and in china long 150,000 from bonus same as banana kings 64000 - 80,000 from bonus but with pachinko the higest i winning i got there is 40000 including the extraball purchases so how come you can say that that game had a glitch

Due to the fact that the fraudulent amount was withdrawn from your account it caused your balance to be in negative state. The negative amount is what you owe from the company.


Computation: Available balance - Withdrawn amount - Fraud amount = Final balance

It is clear that your winnings were obtained from the casino game which had the error (backed by proof from the casino). Therefore, the casino T&Cs were breached and we are forced to reject your case.


However, if you do not agree with our decision, you can always file an official complaint at ADR and/or licensing authority of the casino. I will gladly help you with it.
