*Update: I have been paid the money that was in the account by customer service, but still no answer as to why my account was permanently closed.
My account was suddenly closed without any explanation or prior email. The account still had 200 DKK, of which 100 DKK was my own deposits. The casino has not given any reason for the closure, nor have they refunded my money.
It is deeply unprofessional to close an account without communication and at the same time withhold funds that the user has deposited themselves. I have now had to contact them directly, and if there is no solution, I will have to take it to the bank.
If you are in the same problem, I would advise you to threaten "legal actions" otherwise you will not get your money back from those scammers.
