I have a complaint regarding the online casino VIP rewards points acrual and also there ratio of win to loss, i am a VIP level 20 player at the casino and have played quite reguarly for nearly 2 years now and have noticed a significant change in the casinos win ratio and also VIP level point acrual which i highlighted to my VIP manager but was just given a what seems to be a standard line of excuses.
