Theme and Style

Pirots 3 is the third game in the Pirots franchise. This one takes the piratical birds of the original, and transposes them into a Western-themed slot with a twist. In many Westerns, you see vultures wheeling overhead while the cowboys ride across the wild landscape. In Pirots 3, the vultures are the cowboys.

This is a world of birds out on the frontier and the player will need fast reflexes if they don’t want to end up as carrion for the birds.

This slot will appear to those who like their cowboy movies a little more bird-brained.

Graphics, Sounds and Animations

The graphics for the Pirots 3 slot machine are top quality. The symbols have a ton of character and exist in a fully-realized world. The background art sells the player on the Western town in which the action is set and the reels are chock-full of world building and cool characters.

Pirots 3 has a ton of cool animations with every symbol, character, and feature getting its own unique, hi-def, 3D animation. Each of the carefully drawn villains and heroes on the reel have their own movements which are different depending on what feature is triggered or whether they are moving or part of a win.

A detailed soundscape of ambient sound, Wild West-style music, and win-and-spin sounds matches all of these elaborate and characterful visuals.

Gameplay

Pirots 3 slot is played on a six-by-seven grid, with wins awarded in a way that is unique for a slot.

Each spin fills the reels with colored gems and colored birds. The gems land in groups of one to seven and the birds land by themselves entirely at random.

If a bird lands next to a gem or group of gems that match the bird’s color, then the bird collects the gems. The player is paid out for all the gems collected by birds on a given spin.

The base payouts for a single group of gems can range from 0.05x the player’s bet for collecting one blue or green gem up to a win of 30x the player’s bet for a group of seven red gems. Wins can also be upgraded by an upgrade symbol which increases the payout for that group of symbols.

The maximum win on any given round for all the gems and bonus features is capped at 10,000x the player’s bet.

Wilds, Bonuses and Free Spins

In Pirots 3, there are no Wild symbols.

There are a huge number of Bonus Features. Each of these features is triggered in a different way.

For a few examples, the Peanut Feature is triggered when a winning group includes a Peanut Symbol, the Duel Feature is triggered when two Bird Symbols land next to each other, and the Train Feature is triggered when a single Bird Symbol collects symbols on top of both squares marked with a Train.

Each bonus feature has a different effect. Duels destroy diagonal and horizontal rows of symbols, causing new symbols to drop down. Meanwhile, the Peanut Feature fills empty spaces with peanuts effectively connecting the bird to any other symbols of its color at the edge of those spaces.

The biggest of these Bonus Features is triggered by hitting three Bonus Symbols on one spin. This launches a Free Spin Bonus with a twist. During the Free Spin Bonus, the grid increases in size and permanent upgrades are added to every symbol each time the Bonus Metre fills.

Bet Sizes, RTP and Variance
